We process payments with ACH Bank Transfers to enable low transaction costs

When a Buyer requests a product sample. You will be notified and expected to ship that order within two days. There is a “Orders & Shipments” tab in the Partner Portal that lists all your outstanding and fulfilled orders. Once you’ve shipped out the samples, select the item and Mark as Shipped. Marking the item as shipped will automatically let the Buyers see the tracking details.

Here are some common questions about selling on AmzSquad

How do fees work on AmzSquad?

Joining and starting a shop on AmzSquad is free. There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee. Sellers can only use the platform if they are subscribed to one of the plans.

It costs ZERO to publish a product listing to the marketplace. A product listing will be active until your seller account has an active subscription. Once an item sells, there is a ZERO transaction fee (including shipping costs) on the sale price. A payment processing fee will be based on the payment mode or method if you accept payments with ACH or bank transfer.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on AmzSquad. Create an account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create product listings, set up a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally, set a billing method (how you want to pay your AmzSquad subscription fees).

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with ACH or Bank Transfer, funds from sales on AmzSquad will be deposited into your Bank account. We encourage sellers to use a US-based Business Bank account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers funded by a credit card.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

Yes, a credit or debit card is required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller, you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal.
